At Darts Corner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that personalized items, such as custom-engraved shafts or flights, are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Darts Corner
Affix the return label to your package and send it via a tracked postal service to our central distribution warehouse; please keep your postage receipt for reference.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
